The Philadelphia Urban Roots Collective, “PURC” is a community organization composed of farmer-educators dedicated to creating a stronger network in the food system and culture of Philadelphia.

 

 

We envision a stronger vitality in the holism and local food system in neighborhoods with limited food access. We envision our efforts creating a self sustaining community of interdisciplinary resources for Philadelphia residents.
